Booking a Campfire Adventure
Our adventurous holidays are not suitable for everyone, so we can't offer an instant, online booking system. We need to discuss the suitability of a particular trip with you. Please either phone or email us on 01483 614157 or firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which trip interests you.
Many of our trips have published departure dates, which are ideal for ones, twos and threes to join, but if you have a family, corporate group, or group of friends, we can normally organise a private safari.
All our holidays are priced excluding international flights because in many cases the best flight prices can be found on the internet. We have access to flight consolidator's prices and for larger groups and for more complex routes, these prices can be better. In either case, we will advise on the best routes and help ensure you get the best deals.
Campfire Adventures uses one of the oldest, safest and certainly the most easily understood systems; a Trust Account. You pay for your holiday directly into the Campfire Client Trust Account, which is managed by an independent, reputable firm of chartered accountants. We do not have access to your money until after your holiday.
Campfire Client Trust is managed by Hugh Davies and Co, chartered accountants, Salisbury. Please feel free to contact them, or us, should you have any questions about the management of the Trust Account. This system complies fully with the Package Travel Regulations.
